ABOUT RACHEL
About: Image
I’m Rachel a registered dietitian based in Bristol with 6 years experience working in the NHS across a number of clinical areas (including: intensive care, weight management, surgery, diabetes, malnutrition support and cancer care). I am also an accredited sports dietitian and work with amateur to elite athletes. I aim to optimise your health and performance in training, competition and daily life.
Nutrition advice needs to be personalised as we are not all the same and have different training schedules, lifestyles and ambitions. Therefore, I take an individualised approach that is tailored around your training and performance goals. My support will provide you with practical and realistic strategies to improve your nutrition around work, training and competition.
A passionate runner and cyclist myself, I love to support clients to achieve their goals. When I am not talking about nutrition you’ll often find me testing out new foods running along the trails or cycling up hills.
