I have a wealth of experience in cancer care, weight management and sports nutrition.
I currently work part time in the NHS supporting cancer patients, I also work at the University of the West of England as their Performance nutritionist supporting the performance athletes.
I am an accredited Sports Dietitian so can support athletes to optimise their health and performance in training, competition and daily life. I work with both amateur to elite athletes.
I ensure that your nutrition advice is personalised as we are not all the same and have different training schedules, lifestyles and ambitions. My support will provide you with practical and realistic strategies to improve your nutrition around work, training and competition.
Outside of work, I enjoy trail running, travelling and cooking new recipes.
